In the 2010 election, 2/3 of voters said they wanted to change to district representation instead of all at-large councilmen.

Mr. Ray Kinney, owner of Minute Man Press in Naperville lead the charge to overturn the will of the people.

Here is the district map that would have been implemented in 2015.

Our research indicates the following coverage by current council members

District 1 - 0 council members

District 2 - 2 council members (plus the Mayor)

District 3 - 2 council members

District 4 - 3 council members

District 5 - 1 council member
